Dr. Robert S.P. Yien holds the Ph.D. in Communication of the Michigan State University, Michigan, U.S.A. and serves, most of his career, as the Vice President for Academic Affairs, in the Saginaw Valley State University. He is now the Vice President for Administrative Affairs of the Ming Chuan University, Taiwan. His major responsibility is the advancement of international affairs, including institutional accreditation and international education.
