If you are a high school graduate or a vocational college student from one of MCU\u2019s sister institutions, you are encouraged to study abroad with MCU\u2019s long-term sister university, Saginaw Valley State University (SVSU). The public university, accredited by Higher Learning Commission, offers in-state tuition for students who have studied at Ming Chuan University. (Please include your transcript from MCU in the application package). If the applicant enrolls and passes SVSU graduation requirements, he\/she will graduate with a B.A. diploma issued by SVSU.<\/p>\n
