If you are an undergraduate student or a graduate with a B.A. degree from MCU or one of MCU\u2019s sister institutions, you are encouraged to advance your study at Saginaw Valley State University. The university and MCU have been working closely together for more than a decade. Both universities have been accredited by individual U.S. accreditation agencies. Applicants who have studied with Ming Chuan University, as either degree-seeking or exchange students, will enjoy in-state tuition if accepted (Please include your transcript from MCU in the application package). Upon meeting graduation requirements, you may graduate with a master\u2019s degree granted by SVSU.<\/p>\n
