If you are a high school graduate or a vocational college student from one of MCU’s sister institutions, you are encouraged to study abroad with MCU’s long-term sister university, Saginaw Valley State University (SVSU). The public university, accredited by Higher Learning Commission, offers in-state tuition for students who have studied at Ming Chuan University. (Please include your transcript from MCU in the application package). If the applicant enrolls and passes SVSU graduation requirements, he/she will graduate with a B.A. diploma issued by SVSU.
