Dr. Robert S.P. Yien holds a Ph.D. in Communication from Michigan State University, U.S.A. and served most of his career as the Vice President for Academic Affairs at Saginaw Valley State University. He is now the President of MCU-Michigan Location and Executive Vice President of Ming Chuan University, Taiwan. His major responsibility is the advancement of Ming Chuan's North American affairs, including institutional accreditation.
