Ming Chuan University - Michigan, offers one dual degree graduate programs – Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language (TCFL). Through a joint venture between Ming Chuan University and Saginaw Valley State University, graduates will receive a degree from each school upon completing graduation requirements.
