2012

◎ Approval of the State of Michigan for establishing Michigan location of Ming Chuan University
◎ Joint-venture Agreement signed by MCU & SVSU

2013

◎ Attended final Review Committee meeting for MCU-MI Proposal (including Student Recruitment Plan), hosted by Higher Education Division of MOE and received verbal approval to start up the recruitment
◎ Received written approval from Ministry of Education (MOE) to begin recruitment for joint Master’s degree program in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language
